Just drafted, please rate my team.

I playing in a 5x5 competative rostisserie league with 10 teams. It was a live draft; here's my team and what round I picked them in. I was the fifth pick overall; I would appreciate if anyone could comment on any good or bad choices for a certain round. Thanks

Hitting is nice especially getting SS- Jimmy Rollins (9th round) what a steal so late!! pitching is where i would do some work, i have stayed away from prior in all my drafts bcoz personally i think hes to much of an injury risk, you could do with another top starter and maybe another closer so if you could get rid of a hitter + pitcher for a top SP i think that would be good for you

I think you did a very good job. Both pitchers have a chance to win 15. Prior maybe an injury risk. But I think he'll be fine this year and the Cubbies have a great team.Your offense is good. Your not going to win alot of stolen base contest. But Crawford will keep you in it. You have 2 closers for two avg. to below avg. teams. Ryan is still a big question mark. But Like I said, I think you did a very good job. Good luck this year.

Thanks for the responses; because its a 10-team league (which relatively speaking isn't that much) there are still some good players not taken yet. Are any of these guys worthy for me to pick up and who should I drop them for?

Did you post these two backwards (Lee and Rollins) Lee is very high at 5th and Rollins is a steal in the 9th.

Dunn falling to the 7th was a fortunate turn of events as well. Personally, if Dunn was still available in the 5th I would have grabbed him there. Unfortunately he went 3 picks earlier in the 5th in my draft.

I'd drop Tomko or Madson for Escobar. I'd drop Overbay for C. Wilson (but I could see the counterview). Anyway, this is a really good team. Good job drafting!

I would say that you drafted Prior and Harden too high, but you got so lucky on your hitters it doesn't even matter. Prior is an injury risk and he's on a team that is, in my opinion, not very good this year, so I don't know about drafting him so early. Plus, Helton was a little early too. Was RJ gone? I can't imagine that Vlad, A-Rod, Pujols, Beltran, and RJ were all gone, but Helton is still a solid pick, even though his numbers will probably be his worse ever this year (no protection at all in their lineup except MAYBE Wilson if he's healthy). Either way, very solid team, way to take advantage of your opponent's drafting mistakes. Good power, decent speed. I might look into trading a little power for some pitching, especially saves, but you'll be fine like this, I think.
