how good can it be what should i focus on doing before the season begins

bump went ahead and added the round i took each this is one of my "serious" leagues and would really like feedback

I would focus on getting a 2nd starter. Bonderman just seems a tad too risky to have as a 2nd starter now, maybe as a 4th or 5th, he'd be acceptable.

I also think Jayson Werth has some horrible shoulder problem that will go wrong this season. I forget exactly what it was, but I believe he does have a shoulder problem.
