You don't need to have a big bench in H2H, try to trade Biggio and L.Gonzalez along with Millwood for a good sp or 2

it would be safe to drop julio IMO, ryan is by far the better pitching (insane numbers last year) and julio has been experiencing injury probs this year already

really nice team, as long as Beltre doesn't suffer from hitting in Seattle.

Personally, I'd try to move Durham and keep an eye on Giambi. I'm not too high on him this year, but alot of folks seem to be so maybe you can get a nice trade with him.
