Is my team a contender?

Here is my team, how does it look?
H2H 12 teams, standard yahoo league

V. Guerrero (LAA - OF)
E. Chávez (Oak - 3B)
N. Garciaparra (ChC - SS)
V. Martínez (Cle - C)
M. Ordóñez (Det - OF)
P. Konerko (CWS - 1B)
J. Morneau (Min - 1B)
P. Wilson (Col - OF)
M. Cuddyer (Min - 1B,2B,3B,OF)
J. Giambi (NYY - 1B)
J. Peavy (SD - SP)
K. Wood (ChC - SP)
J. Beckett (Fla - SP)
Ol. Pérez (Pit - SP)
M. Buehrle (CWS - SP)
B. Wickman (Cle - RP)
C. Tsao (Col - RP)
C. Lee (Cle - SP)
D. Lowe (LAD - SP)
M. Adams (Mil - RP)
J. Borowski (ChC - RP)

Do I have what it takes to win this league?
What are my weakest, where should I improve?

Thanks for your time

solid offence for sure - 1b is a gamble for sure, korenko had a great year but does he have consistancey? morneau i like a ton, should be great but SHOULD doesnt always come through ask ensberg. giambi another gamble but he is off the juice, healthy, having a good spring, and is on a great team. should be alright - he also has no trade value so your going to have to see if he works out

maggs could get injured as well and wilson is also a big injury if. i would see if i could move my OF for some more consistant guys

pitching is real good but your RP is not so hot, i like adams but i think you will need to get some more savvy closers

please look at my team

How can me pitching be questionable with a rotation of:
J. Peavy (SD - SP)
K. Wood (ChC - SP)
J. Beckett (Fla - SP)
Ol. Pérez (Pit - SP)
M. Buehrle (CWS - SP)
C. Lee (Cle - SP)
D. Lowe (LAD - SP)

Do you mean rp are questionable?
If so, don't forget it's H2H

I agree with the point the RP is weak, and regarding SP It all depends on what happens with wood and if he can stay healthy it will help, if not it could be trouble.

amazing starting staff. couple of nice batters as well. i think wood is hurt again, and your staff is the backbone. look to maybe pick up a solid reliever or make a trade with one of your pitchers.
