First live draft - How'd I do???

Hey, guys, this was the first live draft I've ever done and it was in a Yahoo Winner's League, but I feel like I came okay.

It's a 5x5 Roto, 12 team league counting R,HR,RBI,SB,AVG and W,SV,K,ERA,WHIP.

What can I do to bolster this team? I was thinking of possibly dropping JoBo to pick up another starter. Also, third and short seem a little soft. Am I fooling myself thinking I can compete?

i think ur team is pretty solid the only thing i see is maybe move uribe to SS and try to deal matsui and a pitcher for a decent 3b because that is a really deep position

maybe pick up castilla from the WW or even C blake for at 3b if u cant get a trade

It is risky at 3B and SS but I like how you have given yourself multiple options. Uribe and Feliz are excellent guys to platoon and I like Cooldude's suggestion of moving Uribe to SS and that puts Feliz in the lineup.

I dont think you can afford to trade a pitcher though.. your staff isnt that deep.

Dont drop Jobo.. wait for the season to start then stick him on your DL. Unless there is someone you *have* to grab before then..

you guys think that's a smooth move? the other guy had a really soft OF and it seemed like he could use Matsui at SS.

If you get that.. that's a killer trade. I really like Wright. He could be a top 6 3B this year while not costing as much.

Not to mention it frees up a roster spot on your team which is valuable.
