Here is my squad: Yahoo! H2H 5x5 (OPS instead of AVG)
8 bench 2 IL, weekly changes. 1st time in H2H, appreciate the help guys.

I'm looking quite solid in 4 hitting cats, punting SB.
Can I load up on wins, smoltzie fits at RP, that's an advantage isn't it? I am good but not great at 4 pitching cats, punting SV.

Solid in the OF, might want and try and package an OF and 1B for a Front line Sp and or reliever. Hitting wise your stacked, just a little week in the arms.

do you guys think anyone on my bench is droppable in a 12 man league?

is flash gordon worth anything in a non-holds league?

Yes Gordon is useful, especially if you are punting saves, then you only rate RPs by ERA, WHIP, K and vulture wins and he's one of the best in all those.. and if Rivera goes down, he quadruples in value.

I dont play with a hitters bench at all whereas you obviously are trying to have cover for every single position. I'd probably start Greene over Crosby but its worth platooning them. Its overkill having Overbay and D Young since you already have Helton. Assuming you have daily transactions the hitters on a bench wont contribute anything at all but you can rotate starting pitchers in and out as their starts come up.

Personally I'd drop Overbay, Infante, Hillenbrand and Mench if its not possible to trade (probably only Mench might be of any value in a trade) and look for SPs or RPs.

Yes I missed that in your original post sorry.

I've never played with that. That does increase Smoltz's value certainly. I'd still stick Gordon in there to help your ERA and WHIP but my point about dropping the spare hitters doesnt apply as much at all. You need to keep an eye on the hot pitchers who are still FA's though.. guys like Sheets could be had off the waiver wire last year. Always have a guy you're ready to drop so you dont waste time making a decision.
