Who is more valuable to fantasy teams for this year (projected).

javier vazquez will be. he looks like he's got a good chance to win 15 games with dominating strikeout #s (250-300?). maddux might have some nice starts, but when he's off, he can be really off. his era is like 4.75+ right now thanks to early season implosions.

vazquez has thrown a bunch of gems this season, but doesnt have the dominating win totals that rank him as highly as, say, runlevys hernandez. his last outing was stank, but otherwise, vazquez is leaps and bounds better than maddux right now, and probably into the future.

I think their careers are headed in completely different directions with Vazquez being on the positive end of the spectrum.
