a big NO to the trade Gagne overrated as far as fantasy benefit goes IMO

thanks, i dont think hw is worth it plus LAD are not going to win a lot of games this year, plus giving up a prime 3rd baseman like Lowell and a No. 1 starter like schmidt, but i only have graves as a closer, thats what concerns me, that is my weakness on my team besides omar at SS

I'd like to know how many teams are in your league... What scoring format do you use?

First, I definately don't think you should take that trade. Lowell looks to be your second best hitter after Shef...

Secondly, I think your team looks very weak offensively and overly strong in SP... You should use trades to aquire a more balanced squad...

I do think Gagne will be a top closer again, getting 50 saves and having his usual stats, giving up both of those is too much.

Make that one more no on the trade, especially considering the Giants now have a closer so Schmidt will be able to win more games without having to pitch all 9 innings himself like he did last year.
