I'm hoping to defend in the second year of a keeper league. We use Avg., HR, R, RBI, SB, OPS, Wins, IP, Saves, Ks, ERA, and WHIP. My main concerns at this point are HRs, RBIs, Wins, and IP.

Unless I am reading it wrong your only less than GREAT players are Bonderman and Grienke. If you can deal both of them for a better player you will be unstoppable. But then again I hear Bonderman is doing well this spring.

Great team. Just hope Reyes stays healthy and have a back-up in mind for when he goes down. Also having just one RP is going to hurt you in Saves. Get another RP.

Very strong all around. How many teams is the league?

Might want to pick up a second closer. I think BJ Ryan is one you can generally find cheaper than he is worth. Not really up to the caliber of the rest of your team though.
