Good call...I took a late round flyer on Dellucci (much to the amazement of my league). Arlington is always a good hitter's park and the Rangers have one of the most potent lineups. Besides, as a Padres fan, I got to watch a lot of Dellucci in Arizona and I always wondered why didn't give him more playing time.

I like him in an AL only league for sure.

Or, if you are in a league with a fair ammount of bench spots and can afford it, play Dellucci against righties and Mench against lefties. Mench kills lefties, so this would give you pretty nice composite numbers for guys who could well be on the WW in mixed leagues.

Yeah not sure he is quite ready for mixed leagues.

What has really been a nice surpirse are his 3-for-3 in stolen base attempts. I doubt he stays on pace for 22, but double digits would be another plesant surprise. Batting leadoff, maybe the Rangers run him a little more. Seems like they'd probably pick their spots pretty carefully though.

how good can he be from here on out? i picked him up a week ago and i was a little mad that he moved out of the 5th spot, but i guess he'll score a ton of runs once texas' offense gets on a roll.
