Or, if you are in a league with a fair ammount of bench spots and can afford it, play Dellucci against righties and Mench against lefties. Mench kills lefties, so this would give you pretty nice composite numbers for guys who could well be on the WW in mixed leagues.
Yeah not sure he is quite ready for mixed leagues.

I just wanted to give looptid some much deserved credit for making this post back in March. Now Dellucci is owned in most leagues and is off to a great start.

What has really been a nice surpirse are his 3-for-3 in stolen base attempts. I doubt he stays on pace for 22, but double digits would be another plesant surprise. Batting leadoff, maybe the Rangers run him a little more. Seems like they'd probably pick their spots pretty carefully though.
