What should the pitching staff breakdown be?

10T, H2H POINTS Daily lineup
Start - 5 SPs, 2 RPs, and 3 Ps
Points - W=10,L=-5,SV=5,BS=-5,K=1,IP=1,BB=-1,ER=-1,CG=10,SO=5

With blown saves being negative 5, MRs aren't worth a whole lot. Should I be grabbing as many closers as I can to fill my P slots everyday? Or stock up on starters?
