Time to sell??

Postby robfern » Tue Mar 22, 2005 3:41 pm

Yeah I saw this today....

Time to sell, or is the big baby just throwing another tantrum?

He's the only one who thinks his knee injury is serious enough to miss even past opening day. Now he's talking mid to no season at all.

He's chickening out of the season. He's getting lazy. He's afraid that he won't be able to put up up the numbers people expect without the juice, so pretending to be injured is his easy way out. Hopefully by next year this whole steroid issue will blow over.

He's stooped to new lows by trying to use his familyas a shield, constantly telling us how everyone else has brought this upon him. Going on and on about how he's finally been broken----What's he talkin about, this is a stinkin knee injury that wasn't brought on by anyone but himself. Years of steroid use bulked him up so much that his knees couldn't take the strain anymore!! I really do hope that he's gone for the year (maybe more with any luck) but I know this is just another smoke screen and bunch of double talk to try and get out of the steroid spotlight.

LOL, that's about right. I HATE this guy but drafted him for the first time ever because he was still available in the second round. I should have went with my insticts :-P

I took him with my first pick and now he screwed my team. (It is a fantasy points league where he is the most valuable player by far because of IBB). To think I could have had Pujols. I should have went with the safer option.
