In an 8-team single-season league, the answer is probably not, unless you want to take a huge gamble on Victor Martinez (I wouldn't).

If it's a keeper league, it's probably too early, but Justin Huber and Joe Mauer are two names to keep in mind. With eight teams and so little bench space, it would take a very special prospect to be worth the roster space at this point.
