Rotospin.com is a site that allows you to do that I think.

I don't think the cafe cheatsheets were as good this year as in year's past.
Whatever you use, I would try to have at least one cheatsheet that ranks pitchers and hitters together. Generally, you want to get the best player available, regardless of position. Having a list that ranks pitchers and hitters together gives you a better overall idea as to what someone's value is. I used ESPN's projected rankings list and did very well.

Start with a list like this and then adjust accordingly based on your fantasy league's scoring system.
