This is a standard 5x5 heat to head league.

At first I think i might be a bit shallow at power and Saves, Steals should be fine, as well as ERA and WHIP, Runs and RBI i'm not sure, probably in the middle. What are your thoughts,

I think Grienke is available and i'll be able to pick someone up right away with Thomas on the DL

You might wanna play Ford in the OF and sit Kearns, whom I don't think that highly of, for a five tool medicre player like JJones. That might push you a point up in all hitting categories... It's a risky team, but if everyone performs, you'll be good. If not, you'll be WWing a lot this year.
