HELP!!! Which of these SP's???

I am in the 18th round of a 10-team non-keeper points league draft. The scoring system looks like this:
Win = 10 points
Loss = -5 points
K = 1 point
BB = -1 point
IP = 3 points
ER = -1 point
H = -1 point

I am considering the following starters: Sabathia, Willis, Madritsch. I can take two of the three because I am at the end of the snake. Which two do I take here?
