I drafted an 8 team h2h last night. With the 4th pick I got A-rod (which is reasonable considering Vlad, Pujols and Beltran were 1-2-3)
but Gagne goes 5th pick, Brad Lidge goes 7th, ... crazy draft.
link if you can get to it
I took Giambi in the 20th, which could be around the 15th-16th in a 12 team draft.

Everybody's got their own theory when it comes to drafting...even if it doesn't make sense to the rest of the free world...

I got Jason Giambi in the 17th round of a 12 team draft today.

As did I. I actually hate Giambi but couldn't let him slip any further than that. Cheap gamble. I also drafted Pedro for the same reason. I hate him but couldn't let him slip past the end of the 3RD..
Barry Bonds for US president.

Jeter went first overall in my draft... Wade Miller in the 6th round. Both seem odd.

I picked Kansas to win the NCAA's in the office pool.
Does that qualify?

I would NEVER vote Pete Rose into the Hall Of Fame

about five years ago, i was in a yahoo league with a couple of buddies of mine, and my friends computer restarted 5 seconds before he was suppose to make the first overall pick. Since he wasn't able to get back to the draft site in time, Yahoo autopicked Mike Lieberthall for him as the first overall pick. I"m pretty sure thats the worst pick of all time.
