Had to draft number 8 and was in a precarious situation, for me at least. I think my team is pretty balanced. What do you guys think is missing, and what might i have too much of? suggestions for sleepers welcome.

14 team league, 7x7 (R, HR, RBI, AVG, SLG, ST, BB x W, L, K, ERA, WHIP, CG, SV)

You aren't too bad, especially in a 14 team league. C is good, 1B, SS and 3B are solid. OF is decent. 2B is a question mark, Durham is getting older, but if he can pull a decent season, your offense is good.
Pitching wise, Johnson is by far your ace, Maddux will get you 15 wins, and I like the Burnett Buehrle, Penny combo for your 3-5. You also have 2 solid closers that will make you competitive in the saves department.

Very solid team for a 14 teamer. Durham is a question mark but in bigger leagues you have a to take a chance on guys like that. If everyone stays relatively healthy I think this team will be in contention all year.

Other than the good analysis you've been given, I'd just add that I see a real lack of power in your offense. OF is shallow there. I'd consider at the least, picking up a power prospect off the wire.
