Glaus should be moving up at 100 mph, he's showing in ST that he's healthy and is crushing the ball. There is only a handful of potential 50 HR guys in the majors and this guy is one of them.
Adam Dunn = Troy Glaus
Dunn in the first 5 rounds, Glaus lucky to be gone by the 15th.
50 HR's from Glaus?
No one would be happier than I..(well maybe Mr.Glaus )
He is having a god ST, but 50 HR's is a bit optimistic...
If he stay's healthy, an extremely good year would be 35-40 HR's with a .270+ AVG. and 100+ RBI's and 90+ Runs...
Fingers crossed your right, and I'm wrong...
I said he has the ability to hit 50. Will he? Probably not but if he's healthy for the entire season he's one of only a handful that could. He's hit 47 before. He hit 18 in just over 200 AB's last season.
I remember being laughed at in this forum last year when I predicted Adam Dunn could hit 50 dingers in 2004. Now every man and his dog is predicting he could hit 50 this year.

Glaus won't be healthy all year. And when he can't play in the field, he has nowhere to hide now he's in the NL. I wont draft him, I'll let other people take a chance on him.
Dunno, just because people talk fantasy baseball all day and know a decent amount about the sport doesn't nec. mean they are good decision makers come draft time or even vaguely bright human beings...but maybe there were a lot of douchebags like myself in the league who don't like players who hit for very low averages, like glaus
