Gavin Floyd

What do you think of Gavin? I like the kid, I have him on my staff as a late round hopeful. I had him on my team at the end of last season, picked up a couple wins. Should he be on a team now, or should I drop him for another bench hitter for insurance on offense?

I'm not sure who is on the WW in your league, but if you find someone fairly decent, I'd consider it. Unless this league is a keeper, I don't see Floyd having much value this year. I know I could be the exception to the rule, but I see Floyd and Kazmir as having fair numbers, but not anything to get overly excited about.

Especially with Floyd pitching in such a poor stadium, I don't see any better than 12 wins, 4.40 era, with a WHIP around 1.30.

I luv him...

he has as a mid 90`s fastball and a ridiculious 12-6..

of course i am bias because he is best friends with my older brother. (they went too school together and were on the same little league team and hung out alot) he still comes over our house sometimes, he visited during winter break. He's awsome, i bat boyed almost every home game he started...
