How's my team? Should I pick up some guys?

Okay, I know my SP is not good, I went with the "pick up a stud off the WW approach" this year(i.e. Oliver Perez, Jaret Wright, Chris Carpenter, etc). Any tips I how I could improve my team and who I should considering picking up, (Namely, what super sleeper pitchers should I be watching?)

Bench: Joel Pineiro
Bench: Tom Gordon

I think I will be dropping Gordon once the waiver time in my league is over. Also, I'm considering dropping Pineiro and Weaver, and possibly picking up someone like Noah Lowrey. How is my team? What should I be looking to improve on, and who are some "super sleeper" pitchers I should target(Like Esteban Loaiza in 2003, Oliver Perez, Jaret Wright, Chris Carpenter, Jake Westbrook, etc?)

It's a 10 Team, Roto, 5x5 League.
