Personally I would take Hafner over Sexson and would probably take Green over Sexson as well.

Hafner over Green for me, though I do like Green.

Green has more upside, and also eligible for 2 positions, so better suited for a backup spot. Hafner is a better starter.

You can't pick up Hafner fast enough. Green is on the way down, down, down.

Upside? Green has upside? Green is 32, and has been in a big 3 year slide.

His ops

968
942
812
804

rc/27

7.32
7.26
5.65
5.47

These aren't good trends. In fact, they are a little disturbing. Interesting that some prefer a 800 ops guy over a 1.000 ops guy. Sure the BOB will help some, but not a 28 hr to 40 hr increase. 2 reasons. Green has poor road stats

253 12 hrs 41 rbis

and, Green had the 8th highest g/f ratio in the NL (1.9). Hard to hit hrs when you are hitting grounders. The fact he's hitting 28 is a bit of a surprise, given the extreme g/f ratio. Green could go 30 90, but Hafner should do that easily. Check out Hafners road stats
