Yep, close but thomson is on an uptear and radke is due for a dropoff

He's 33 and here is his 3yr avgs:

11-8
108 Ks
4.124 ERA

thats not spectacular by any stretch, and no better than thomson, and quite below his last year numbers of
14-8
133K
3.72 ERA

I think at BEST we can expect Radke's average numbers (see above) while we can expect an improvement from thomson -- thus a higher ranking

I think Radke will perform another great season. He'll have similar numbers to last years but more wins. ;-D
