Either way it's pretty funny, especially with the dual meaning of the asterisk.

Technically it does make sense.
It's not up to me to make that determination.-Markzilla
I hate to sound like I'm bashing the guy who "made" the cartoon...but I'm pretty surprised at how many of you think it's good.
Nevermind the fact that he didn't really do anything but add some very simple text to a picture that was already made....but the text just isn't funny. It really doesn't even make sense...

well if you watched the congressional hearings youd understand. if you did and you still dont understand you need a helmet.

I did watch the hearings, and I don't need a helmet.
I just think it lacks any kind of creativity and...well....humor.
It's O.K. Conner, you aren't hurting my feelings. It really wasn't meant to be this hilarious thing, just a little jab at Big Mac, who I lost a lot of respect for last night. Yes, it is simple, but I think the funny part of the whole thing is the double meaning of the asterisk (which LBJ pointed out).
It's cool, I don't mind if people think its dumb, I was bored last night and did it in 15 minutes. When I finished it, I thought I would post it on here because more people on here would undersatnd it than some of my buddies.
I think that's the biggest irony here. The grammar is correct but for the wrong reason. It wasn't intend to read how you are reading it. If it is taken how he meant it to be read "My drug tests included" (plural of test...at least that was his intention), it is not gramatically correct.

but, funny!
Amusingly, it is also grammatically correct as it reads on the poster.
My drug test's included = my drug test is included
