I'm still new at playing Rotisserie and Fantasy Baseball so I have been real hesitant to make any trades or give up guys who seem to be languishing on my benches. Any help on dead weight issues or the such would be greatly appreciated.

This roster actually looks rather good for a 19-team league. Yes, you have a few holes (upgrading ss, or adding another reliable closer or starter would be nice), but so will every team in so deep a league. I do think shopping one or two of your bench players might be a good idea, though. Rondell White, for instance, might be of interest to a team desperate for power, while the odds that he'll see significant playing time on your team are slim. Similarly, you might ask around and see what you can get for Edgar Martinez. He's playing well, but the fact that he only qualifies at dh might make him expendable; it certainly lowers his value to you. And with his gaudy batting average, he might land you a closer...
