Griffey how's he progressing? Worth the DL spot?

Postby kswiss » Mon May 05, 2003 3:36 pm

How is Ken Griffey doing? I though I read somewhere that he is on track to be back in about 8-10 weeks? Is he worth picking up in a H2H league and stashing on the DL?

My outfield looks like this: Manny Ramirez, Preston Wilson, Carl Everett, Adam Dunn, Juan Pierre, and Carlos Lee. We play with 3 OF and 2 Util. I would probobly drop Jake Peavy to pick him up and then pick up Wade Miller in place of Peavy.

first of all, I think Miller deserves a place on every roster. He'll snap outta his funk soon enough.

second, if you have a DL spot, Jr. is certainly worth a spot. he'll be back end of May, so it's not that much longer.
You may remember him as Joe the Policeman from the "What's Goin' Down?" episode of That's My Momma! Please welcome, Jackson Heights' own, Mr. Randy Watson! Sexual Chocolate!!!

I would pick him up.

That's what your DL roster spot is for.
