This may belong in the Red Sox team forum, but Radatz did pitch for other teams in his career, anyway:
Dick Radatz, a big, lumbering powerful relief pitcher known as "The Monster" back in the 1960s, died yesterday after an accident in his Easton, Mass. home. He was 67.

He was before my time, but had a reputation as a fierce, intimidating closer back in his days with the Sox in the early/mid-60s. He's done some local sports talk radio on WEEI over parts of the last 5 or 10 years (when his health allowed) and he was always very entertaining, in a gruff, no-nonsense way.
Again, sorry if this is too Sox-specific for the forum.
