Would I be a fool to move Soriano in this trade?

I love Soriano. Have him on both my teams. But this trade? You're getting Vidro, who is one of the few other good 2B, Chavez, who is arguably the best 3B, and Sheffield, who looks like he's going to have a huge year. Depending on who you have at 1st to replace Ibanez and who you currently have at 3B, I would probably take this deal if you could take the small hit in SB's.
I looted Baghdad and all I got was this lousy T-shirt.

on paper, that trade seems fair. however, you always have to look in terms of upgrades/downgrades for each of your positions. in other words, does having sheff and chavez over who you have now merit the dropoff from soriano to vidro (which is huge, despite the fact vidro is very solid)? soriano very well may go 50/50 this year.
