The Jays pen has been a mess for a couple of years now and Batista is not going to change that imo. They obviously have no belief in Speier or Frasor (probably justified) and are out taking a stab in the dark (probably a foolish move).
I will take Adams any day of those listed. He will likely be a decent Looper-type closer. Tsao is on the Rox and as such should be avoided. Borowski is an OK gamble at this point, but is very risky.

Not that it means anything but games won should be an important factor, does anyone factor in the quality of the team when trying to forcast Saves?
I think Batista might have the most dominating stuff out of any them.
Mike Adams is the comfortable selection because of fimiliarity, Borowski is tenative with others breathing down his neck, Tsao will be a big surprise if he actually a quality pick...
