Stuck in last, what can I do (aka please rate my team)

I'm in last place in a 5X5 mixed non-keeper league with 13 teams. I thought I drafted well, but my team is suffering, especially in RBI, HR, AVG, W,WHIP, and ERA. Here's the team:

1B: Choi
1B: Sexson
2B: Biggio
3B: Chavez
3B: Stynes
SS: A Gonzalez(FLA)
MI: Durham
OF: Berkman, M Ordonez, Pierre, Jenkins
Util: Phelps
C: R Hernandez
SP: Pedro Martinez, Oswalt, Clement, Beckett
RP: Benitez, Williamson, Politte
DL: Person

I don't know if my teams recent troubles are just due to the slow starts (i.e. Berkman, Magglio, Oswalt in particular), or if there are underlying weaknesses on my team. I've been able to do well with saves only because of the wire (used worrell in part of a trade to get Pedro); I know that A-Gon will not cut it at SS for the year, and Biggio's killing my avg. An option I've considered is trading Pedro for an above-avg SP and a quality bat. Thanks for the help.

Allow everyone to get evened out in their numbers. Don't give up on them yet...
Oswalt is a great young pitcher who will cobber teams this year...

Pedro always starts slow, it's just the way he is...

Alex Gonzalez is doing great, reap the rewards while you still can, then after he cools off, try to deal him down the line. I have him as well...

Ramon Hernandez is kickin butt right now, but wait for him to cool, as well.

Overall, your team looks great. Don't give up on these guys, they'll put up the numbers you want.
