Sounds like this guy will be in the rotation to start the season. Is the anyway he turns into a breakout candidate? He is a highly ranked rookie and he pitched well last year during call up period.

There is a possibility that I could keep him...

he seems very promising but I decided not to take the risk on him cuz of the park he pitches in...if you have an option for away games I think he's good...if you have a deep bench I'd stash him on it for the right matchups...
