I looked it up and the Rockies AAA club plays in Colorado Springs, so maybe Francis will be used to the high altitude.

Look at his stats from there:
7 Starts, 41 IP, 35 Hits, 7 BB, 49 K, 3 HR, 2.85 ERA.

That is only triple a, but damn his numbers are impressive. Only 3 HR in 41 IP, a 0.7 HR/9 in high altitude! His K rate is incredible. The more I look stuff up about Francis, the more I think you should take him.

Add me to the Francis vote. I love Kazmir for the long term but, as has been pointed out, the D Rays aren't going to win many games for him this year.

If Francis can keep striking guys out like he has been, Coors Field won't matter. They can't knock the ball out of the park if they can't touch it.

i believe francis only pitched 1 (2 at max) last year in Colo Spngs. We ran ads to aid ticket sales for the one game...

after edit:

his starts were 7/17 7/22 7/27 8/2 8/8 8/14 8/19

CS starts 8/8 and 8/19
IP H R ER BB SO HR ERA
8/8:
7 IP 9 H 4 R 4 ER 0 BB 7 SO HR 2 ERA 1.97
8/19:
3 IP 7 H 7 R 7 ER 1 BB 3 SO HR 1 ERA 3.07

Kazmir.

As for the teams he needs to pitch too. he already took Boston over his knee once. he can do it again.
they are all beaten up anyways.

Kazmir, if he improves his control will be deadly.

I would also put Gavin Gloyd in the ring with the two of them as well.

If he didn't pitch in Coors, I'd say Francis easily. That said, I have to go with Kaz.
