You could use some pitching, mainly SP, and possibly a little more power. With all the high BA guys you have, you could probably afford to trade Helton in a two for one to improve both, or trade one of the lesser guys such as Ichiro or Irod to upgrade it.

Your batting is solid....however I would try to trade either Helton or Suzuki for another solid SP and a OF or 1B

I don't think I'd do too much... your starters are fine- you don't have the top notch stud starter, and I'd consider dropping Madritsch and Blanton in favor of a few guys with a bit more upside (Jerome Williams maybe?), but otherwise you're fine.
