what type of players and/or vlaue does bletran bring in. i got him 6th overall but i'm not big on him bc of the poor avg. what type of big name players can he pull. or what has someone gotten recently for him

Probably anyone who didn't go in the 5 picks ahead of you. If they wanted him they would have taken him.

*edit* Come to think of it, you probably wouldn't trade him straight up for anyone. The people before you didn't want him, and if you are trading him straight up then you could have just drafted the player you wanted to begin with.
