Give it to me straight, fellas. Is Giambi going to be starting at 1B or DH this year? Is he worth taking a shot at?

giambi will probably dh most of the time because tino is the better fielder, but i read today that torre is a little unhappy with tino's bat as of late... bottomline is, either way, at DH or 1b, giambi will get his at bats. i've been watching as many spring training games as i can and his eye has gotten better, he looks relaxed and confident when he takes his swings. i personally would have drafted him, but someone snagged him before me in the round i wanted to take him, tough luck i guess, but if you can get him in round 13 or 14, i'd say to take him... ;-D

Giambi will get plenty of time at 1B because they'll need Sierra and Bernie to get some DH time.

Tino I'd say will play 1B 60-65% of the time. Giambi will play 1B most of the days Sierra and Benrie DH.
