So I just inherited a team in a yahoo 5x5 13 team roto. We get 5 keepers, straight up, draft whoever is left. I'm not too worried bout roster spots, just looking for overall value...
Carlos Delgado*
Mark Loretta*
Troy Glaus*
Sammy Sosa*
Magglio Ordonez
Brad Lidge*
Matt Clement
Barry Zito
Zack Greinke
* - denotes my current opinion
what do you guys think?

I agree, but maybe Greinke over Glaus if you're hurting for pitching.

Wow, i'm surprised at Magglio over Sosa (i suppose they are equally risky)....and with Greinke's control issues, i just don't know if he's there yet

Greinke does not have control issues. Very low walk rate. If anything he throws too many strikes. Thus the high HR rate.
I would also go
Lidge
Delgado
Magglio
Loretta
Glaus
But I think Glaus is a great sleeper this year, so you might be able to get him in the draft.

I'd be tempted to take Sosa over any of your leftover pitchers. There's no way you won't be able to pick up better pitchers in your draft. Since every team only has 7 keepers and usually people keep 4-5 hitters leaving quite a few good arms available you can concentrate on pitching early.
