I'm in a 12 team H2H league where we have a 24 round draft.
Any input on when these two guys should be picked up?
I'm sittng here in the 11th round & those two are still on the board. Too early to reach?

reach!#@#@($*!@&^
reach faster!!!!!!!!!
Both are an absolute steal in the 11th! Pick your favorite and reach away.
edit: out of curiousity, how many OF have been already taken? I'm guessing some people should be kicking themselves for not taking one of those two over another outfielder...
edit2: ESPN has these guys being taken at average draft picks of 91 for Berkman and 102 for Mags. That's 8th and 9th rounds respectively. And that's a bit lower than they should be in my opinion.

Magglio - I have seen him go as early as 45 in expert drafts, but the median is somewhere around 80. Smack dab in the middle of the 7th round.
Berkman - As early as 95. My average numbers put him in the 11th round.
Mags first, then Berkman, would be two great picks in the 11th and 12th.

I have seen Anderson go as early as 66, but the median is 90. Middle of the 8th round.
Giambi is tougher to call. All the recent news about him has been positive so I expect his position to skyrocket now. He went in the 20th round in a draft I did on Saturday and I guess that would be about right, maybe a round early or so.

I'm in the 11th round of a 10-man league and both Anderson and Maggs are still on the board.... Thinking about grabbing one of them on the way back around to me.

i have seen berkam go anywhere between rounds 8 and 12 (12 team 5x5). usually about round 10 and i am generally the one grabbing him. i dont specifically recall magglio's position but i think it was pretty similar. good value, especially for h2h where berkman's missed time hurts less than it would in roto.
garret anderson goes a little bit later. still a good value pick although i dont see him hitting over 30 homers. giambi has gone anywhere from low teens to the last round and is a decent gamble in the late rounds. probably wont have the same power he used to but decent rbi numbers. wouldnt want him as a starter but good gamble for the bench.
