where do i need to improve the most?

You OF is a little bit weak but not too bad. Maybe see if you can do a 2 for 1 trade to get a stud. Other than that you look to have a very good team.

Morneau in the MINORS? get him up asap

your hitting is very solid, Of has a few ? with Mags and Wily Mo, but all around a solid lineup

I like Schilling/Hudson as your 1-2 punch

I dont like Pavano at all, I just have a bad feeling about him this year.

Colon is ok in the middle of your staff.

your closers should be solid all year, all posting over 30 saves in my opinion...
