It's a points league Tav, you don't really punt any categories ;-)

There are no categories. He said it was a points league.

I missed the points part. If saves are devalued at all, I like team 2 even more. :-?

H2H points with no RP requirement I'm guessing? Hard to say without knowing the scoring system but team 2 looks pretty dominant. Santana, Oswalt, Halladay, Moose, Escobar, Odalis plus an offense featuring Manny, Shef, and Chavez? That's just wrong.

Sorry, here is the weekly scoring system:

Single = 1
Double = 2
Triple = 3
BB = 1
HR = 4
R = 1
RBI = 1
SB = 2

BBI = -.5
CG = 5
ER = -1
HA = -.5
IP = 2
K = 1
SV = 10
W = 10

It's really basic, no min/max inning requirements and you just need seven active pitchers every week.

Isn't it obvious his is team #2? There are more spaces between players - meaning that he can edit and move those players, unless I miss my guess.

Team 2 is the best, though. Although saves and wins being equal does give closers more value. Not enough to offset the innings being worth 2 apiece.

Congrats on beating Rico, Fatguy. I hope you're proud of yourself.

Yeah, team 2 in a blitz. But really, what kind of league is this? Even in a 10-teamer, how the heck does one guy get Santana, Manny, Shef, Beltre, Chavez, etc.? I've done a couple of 10-team H2H drafts already, and no way is it possible to have a line-up like that unless you're really playing with monkeys. Though I guess FatBoy did say there were serious tools in this league....

Anyway, as I've asked previously: Is this a money league? Can I please join?

B-)
