Right now I would say that Thome and Dunn both have the best chance to pass the 50 mark this year. Anyone else?
This field, this game, it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh people will come Ray, people will most definitely come.

Pujols maybe
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule... Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

Thome and Dunn are the most realistic, but even then its still a long shot.

Well, many are capable, but I agree that the chances of anyone doing it are slim. If betting, I'd look for:
Thome
Dunn
Bonds as the safest bets....and in the maybe pile:
Teixeira
Griffey
Arod
Ortiz
Pujols
Sosa

I love the Griffey pick
Seriously, how great would it be if he could hit 50+ hrs this year? It would be just like the good old days...

These are the guys I see hitting 40+, but I don't think anyone gets to 50.
Albert Pujols
Adam Dunn
David Ortiz
Jim Thome
Aramis Ramirez
Manny Ramirez
Jim Edmonds
Notice I left Bonds off...
