How are these categories and rosters?

Postby wannabthechamp » Fri Mar 11, 2005 9:32 pm

I'm in an 8-team H2H league and one of the members has suggested we switch the settings around from previous years to balance it out a bit. Here is what he has suggested. I'm wondering if there is good balance between power hitters/leadoff hitters, starters/relievers and anything else. I'd love some feedback and what you think should be included and what shouldn't be. Thanks.

Scoring categories: R, 1B, 2B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, AVG, OPS, IP, W, L, SHO, SV, OUT, K, GIDP, ERA, WHIP

Roster positions: C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, SP, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, RP, RP, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, DL, DL

Outs and IP are the same category. It looks like your pitching categories lean much heavier towards starters.
