If he's healthy....is there any hope that he will steal bases again like he did back in the day?

I need steals!!!!!

No way. I'd avoid him like the plague.

I doubt it. I'd be surprised if he got 20 and I'm counting on 10 as far as draft value goes.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

hasen't hit 15 HR's or stolen 15 bags in 3 years

best case senerio - 15HR/15bags/.300 average . . .
worth a buck if you like to gamble but at 31 years old I'd pass.

I've got him at 11 SB, 14 HR and .307--and worth about as much to me as Geoff Jenkins or Milton Bradley.

Local paper just today has a big article on him. He states that he's finally feeling healthy, and wants to run again. I suppose that will last until he gets hurt, and then where does that leave ya. I think the effort will be there, so maybe it will pan out?
