medium - not liking that offense
helton has no protection, i don't like vidro since vlad left, the rest are run scorers or speed guys which is fine because you can trade for power. I would shop damon or pierre. those guys are overrated and can get you something good in return

I agree with philcore at first look. It would help if you posted type of league and # of teams, scoring system, etc.

clarification

I posted it in the heading of the original post but here it is again:

12 team standard 5x5

I think the offense is risky in terms of health, but its not as bad as it appears at first glance I don't think...as long as they don't spend a bunch of time on the dl...but the advice to shop speed is a good one I think...I'm thinking damon for a 30+ hr middle of the lineup type guy

I don't love vidro but I think he's fully capable of hitting 80-20-80 in the nationals lineup (better than its ever been since vlad left) with a .300 avg...

You're fine at 2nd and don't even worry about having Helton. The problem comes with your Outfield, where I think lots of teams will outslug you. your pitching isn't great, as there is a drop off.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

The team is mediocre, Randy Johnson and Mussina will get you 40 wins together, and Johnson will give you a sub 3 era and 300 Ks.

Outfielders, like said before, will not put up enough homers.

Fast team though.
