Yahoo Public - not for the weak of heart

Postby Cornbread Maxwell » Fri Mar 11, 2005 4:14 pm

I endulged myself this afternoon in a public Yahoo roto league. Had an extra team on my ID so...

C - Kendall
1B - Hafner
2B - Giles
SS - Tejada
3B - Beltre
OF - Carlos Lee
OF - Drew
OF - Berkman
Util - Jeremy Reed
B - Preston Wilson
B - Burrell
B - Feliz

SP - Prior
SP - Olly Perez
RP - Foulke
RP - Wagner
P - M. Adams
P - Hawkins
P - Urbina
B - Greinke
B - Piniero

8-o - ok, so yahoo public leagues are a joke, but this is just stupid.

Just join a competitive public league, but even in a casual, you must of gotten lucky.

you shouldn't play in preschool leagues...you'll develop bad habits like eating plaster, picking yer nose in public, and picking sammy sosa in the first round...

I signed up for a competitive league. ;-)

My 6-9 rds looked like

Foulke
Wagner - there were 12 closers drafted ahead of Wagner.
Carlos Lee - Vernon Wells was still there too.
Hafner

Did you notice every starting hitter on my team hit over .300 last yr. 8-o

Sillyness.
