Houston guy, you need to admit serious defeat here.
Ryan is having a Lidge like breakout year right now. He's on pace for 150 K's this season. I think he's worth that 11th round pick (even though I got him in the lucky 13th round).
Even if Baez rights the ship, it won't matter.

If you guys are comparing Ryan to Gagne, you're getting a tad carried away. Gagne never had a whip over 0.91 as a closer. Ryan's currently at 1.17. Big difference there. The interesting thing about Ryan is that his whip against righties is 1.22. His whip against righties was 1.48 last year, and 1.58 for his career. So Ryan is definately doing better against righties this year. That's the key to his success so far and something which I will admit I didn't see coming.
I do find it curious that I am the one who has to defend his pre-season predictions. Should I be honored? Or am I that hated?
