I am in a 16 team H2H points league. I have drafted 7 rounds so far. I have drafted 3 pitchers and 4 batters so far. I am in need of a 3rd SP. Please rank these for me.

For myself, plenty. My keeper draft is this Sunday, and as high as I was on Penny a month ago, I am staying far, far away. Not pitcing to hitters yet is not a good sign. Just cannot take a chance on him, unless I am looking at him after the 15th round. And there is no way he should be around at that point.
