He should be a serviceable #4 starter with 10-12 wins, about 120-135 K's, ERA around 3.8-4.00. The issue with Lowry is whether he can adjust to the batters after they face him multiple times. In the minors, he struck out close to 1 batter an inning. That ratio has started to slip, but he is a lefty and he will be pitching in rival Petco and Dodger Stadium enough times to keep his stats steady.
I have him on my team and I think his poise and the strong offense behind him will make him a sleeper. He may even outperform Jerome Williams, who is not a strikeout pitcher.

I picked him up last year on a $5 FAAB bid and was very happy with the results. I agree that he will probably be around 12-13 wins this year with era around 4.00 or little below
You don't have to like 'em to own 'em!!!!

I'm going to go out on a limb...
16-W
154-K
3.75-ERA
1.19-WHIP

Yeah those are some good projections, but what happened to Baldelli?!?! He gets hurt and you replace him with Bonds? Blasphemy!

I would call him a steal in round 16

Question: Does he get bumped if/when Foppert is healthy enough?
That would be a concern for me going into the year.
Any thoughts or rumors?

As it stands now, Foppert is healthy.
But the only way he'll crack the rotation is if an injury occurs, Rueter struggles, or they trade one of their starters for a younger OF.
Lowry should do well this season.
