Help! I Have to Pre-rank and I dont know how!

I just joined a private money league on Yahoo, 12 team H2H.

Categories:: Batters:R, H, RBI, HR, SB, K, TB, PO, E, AVG.
Pitchers: IP, W, L, SV, HR, K, HLD, TB, ERA, WHIP.

We will be auto-picking our teams. Ive only live-drafted b4. Pre-ranking seems like a daunting process. Anyone have a good method of preranking players? thx

IMO you shouldnt waste your time or money on an auto draft league. and im not sure what type of methods there are for preranking players. rank them from best to worst.

Three steps:
1) Pull the Average Draft Sheet from ESPN.com into Excel.

2) Go to Rototimes.com (USAToday.com) and find their dollar value generator and run your league settings through it.

3) Tweak the ESPN rankings with which performers make big jumps based on your dollar value calculations.

Load the area between 200-210 with closers/middle relievers you expect to take over for closers by season's end.
