As for effecting Vasquez's value, it should effect him a bit. Even though Arizona made acquisitions like Shawn Green, Russ Ortiz, Troy Glaus, and Javier Vasquez, I still see him not having enough run support. His k's will still be there and should have around 14 or 15 wins. Vasquez however, will appreciate the National League better (didn't do so well in the AL)

Better than last year, absolutely. I think midway between the two is a good estimate. He should be a good num 2 or 3 pitcher on any team, and should in no way be around after round 10

But I think Vazquez will be fine. Maybe it's not the spotlight that makes Yankee SP's suck, maybe Mel Stottlemyre is just a senile old man who gives bad advice. Todd was never really that good anyway.
