Versatility - the best choice

Postby Danimal » Thu Mar 10, 2005 1:55 pm

I have pretty good starting lineup (pujols, bonds, edmonds, mora, javy, MYoung, Jeremy Reed and Juan Uribe. I have Overbay on my bench, but want to round out my offense with some versatility. Among the choices available are Freel, Inge and Casey Blake.
I could also grab Izturis or Guillen as a backup for SS.
The league puts a premium on BBs and SB.
Any thoughts?

Depending on what round you are in, Cuddyer and Infante make excellent bench players due to their eligibility at multi infield positions. Infante could steal 15-20 this year.

Cuddyer is interesting. Would you rate him above the choice I made in my first entry?

Carlos, the Tiger SS. He would be a fine bench player for my team, I would guess. Any thoughts, Cornbread?
